Markham Boxgrove: How To Select the Right Buyer Agent

Though I'd want to say I'm the best agent for you and choose me!  I'd be lying.

Just as it is important for Buyers to choose the right agent.  It's important for agents to work with the Right Buyers.

Here is a 2 minute video to help you find the right agent for you.

The right Buyer for me has to:

1.  Trust me - even though I'm obligated by law to protect their best interests- I'd prefer Buyers to know I'd do that because of my strong moral values.
2.  Be open - I want you to share your concerns, wants, desires & feelings.  If I don't know what you "really" need, I can't help you.
3.  Be flexible - If your rigid, you'll break.  Remember- there is no "perfect" house, believe me I know.  That's why there is the 15-15-70 rule.  Ask me and I'll explain it to you.
4.  Be committed - sometimes a property will meet all your criteria- sometimes a listing will come up and you will need to act quickly - be committed to do so and not delay.  Save yourself the "if-only" syndrome.
5.  Be professional - my actions will reflect on your judgment as a Buyer, likewise, yours will reflect on mine as the Agent.  So be courteous and genuine when viewing a house and keep personal judgments and offending questions away from the ears of a Seller.  Let me ask the questions you need answers for.

So there you go.  I prefer working with Buyers that are genuine, honest, open and trusting so I can provide them with courteous, professional and confidential service.  More importantly I'd like my Buyers to know they received the absolute best and be outrageously happy with the help I provided them that they will gladly introduce my services to at least two people they care about before their transaction closes.
