Jas helps clients in the greater Toronto market but focuses primarily on pre-construction investment condos, resale condos and houses in North York, Scarborough, Pickering, Markham near where he lives.

Jas is a leader in Internet Marketing and launched a successful internet printing company back when .dot com companies were failing. Since 2007 he's focused his efforts on Real Estate and loves to educate and help clients buy, sell and invest.

Jas is a successful business person and a community leader. Jas is respected and trusted by people for his ability to follow through on a promise. Jas has an honest, straight-forward approach that clients find refreshing and rare in business. He'll tell you what most Realtors are afraid to.

On a personal note: Jas was born in Punjab, India and came to Toronto when he was three. He's been working in sales ever since he was nine years old beginning with selling flowers at downtown street corners back in the early 80s. Followed with Ice-cream on the beaches and exhibition grounds and for many years after school, during the summers and on the weekends he worked at the famous Gerrard Indian Bazaar.

Go figures after all this sales experience he went to university and got a BSC in Chemistry. As you may have figured, working in a lab wasn't fun and didn't last long... and Jas was soon back doing what he always enjoyed- working with people, in business, where he has been all his life.

Jas loves to tell his story growing up in Toronto, like many new immigrants, it is full of hard work, luck and determination. You'll notice by Jas's appearance he is a spiritual person (Sikh) and soft spoken caring man, who is a staunch believer of being honest, working hard and sharing.

He knows he's been lucky... and very thankful for all his gifts. He's grateful for the opportunities he has in Canada and the sacrifices his parents made coming here.
